My target will be accomplished by making weekly plans that ensure i stay focused and complete necessary tasks before moving on.
My target is worth working hard to accomplish as it will help me finish the project by the deadline and will break up the work and make it easier to assess and manage
My target will be achieved by the estimated midpoint of the project Just after week 4 when i will be doing some bigger evaluations. Deadline date: 23rd April
I will know when i have accomplished my goal when I have finished and recorded compositions to be uploaded to my website
My main midpoint aim for this project is to record two of the three themed compositions (and be working on the last)
- Evaluating my work, giving musical reason for the choices I make when composing
-Playing and learning songs by ear/ from memory
-Being able to interpret an image, create a story and reflect it through music.
-my slow processing and limited understanding of music theory
-staggered/ delayed start when it comes to work
-struggle when thinking too far ahead when it comes to a project and its outcomes.
- This project will give me an opportunity to develop and/ or show my composition skills
-gives me an opportunity to record my music and release it for people
-perhaps get feedback from a wider audience.
-I don't own any composing programs or a MIDI keyboard
-I aim for perfection even when just recording something rough for evidence
- Don't have a producer at the moment to help me record.
I will work on my weaknesses and focus on the opportunities that could arise from this project. I will be more open moving forward which might possibly help me when thinking about my future career and having somewhere to start from with it. I might adapt my project to limit threats but will try my best to stick to my original proposal idea.
